 EF Locker - Terms and Conditions:

 1. Orders Free shipping to EF Locker should be after discount HK$200 or above.

 2. Every order can be delivered to a single locker only , each locker can only accommodate one order.

 3 . Some lockers are only accessible by residents of specific properties only. Please do not select these lockers unless you are the stated resident. Lingsik King Limited is not responsible for failure to pick up by selecting resident only lockers without authority for entrance.

 4. Customer need to choose two EF Locker Address (Should be one for Hot and one for Regular) , for SF backup purposes , can inquire at https://eflocker.com/eflocker-location/ 

 5. Please pick up orders within the specified period , if have any additional fee will be borne by the customer.

 6. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Lingsik King Limited shall be final.

(B) Delivery Method :

1. Upon success payment, you will receive a shipping notice sent from our system automatically indicating your order has reached the third-party logistics. Your order will be delivered, according to schedule on the notice(if any).

2. Notice will not be given prior to the delivery. 

3. If failed delivery and in the 7 days storage of expiry products still not picked up , recipients will be deemed to give up the right to pick up , orders will auto cancel , payments and merchandise will not be refunded.

4. If have any additional fee will be borne by the customer.

5. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Lingsik King Limited shall be final.

1. If use EF Locker , you will receive a shipping notice sent from our system automatically (include waybill tracking number) , customer can use the waybill tracking number inquire at https://eflocker.com/waybill/ .

2. If use Commerical Addresses / Home Address shipping , can inquire C.S call / whatsapp at office hour :10:30 - 18:30.

(D)  Notes and Delivery Details

  1. Delivery arrangements are made only after payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
  3. Delivery will only be made to address on the order notice.
  4. Please note that Lingsik King Limited and the third-party logistics do not bear the risk and damage associated with Commissioned collection of goods.
